This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversees all activities related to inbound and outbound customer inquiries, which includes the development and implementation of policies and procedures governing the flow of information for assigned clients.

• Sets and enforces performance and service standards.

• Ensures that productivity levels meet or surpass established service and quality benchmarks.

• Builds and maintains relationships within the industry.

• Offers coaching and mentorship to Client Service Administrators.

• Manages the communication of proposed process enhancements from designated customers.

• Escalates customer issues to the appropriate level within the organization as necessary.

• Addresses and resolves clients' pain points.

• Actively identifies potential failures and resolves them before they are noticed by customers.

• Develops expertise within assigned verticals.

• Collaborates with internal departments, service branches, and technical and operations managers to resolve complex administrative and service challenges, ensuring customer satisfaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A college degree is preferred, though relevant work experience is also acceptable.

• 3-5 years of experience in client management is required.

• Experience in sales and billing is advantageous.

• Must demonstrate a sense of urgency when addressing client and partner concerns.

• Possesses strategic and innovative thinking capabilities.

• Experience in project management, peer leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution is essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required.

• Organizational and project management skills are necessary.

• Capability to multitask effectively.

• Detail-oriented approach is essential.

• Ability to quickly learn new software programs relevant to business units as required.
