Scientific Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaboratively define, implement, and support Sapio Sciences' lab informatics solutions.

• Analyze customer requests and convert them into functional requirements.

• Document business processes and workflows utilizing swim lane diagrams.

• Determine customer success criteria and ensure they are monitored and evaluated in the solution.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Sapio Sciences product portfolio and its configuration.

• Deliver end-user training on tailored solutions.

• Configure workflows and experiments in the Sapio Platform, creating wireframe mockups as necessary.

• Document, convey, and clarify technical information.

• Conduct root cause analysis, identify critical business requirements, and facilitate solution implementation.

• Work autonomously and deliver high-quality results with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate with product teams to gather customer-driven feature requirements.

• Serve as a trusted technical partner and review customer implementations.

• Establish scalable processes and methodologies with the Sapio Sciences US team.

• Oversee business analysis-related deployment services documentation.

• Assist in testing sprint deliverables as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with LIMS or ELN software.

• Background in Life Sciences with experience in a laboratory, preferably in implementing new IT solutions.

• BS/BA degree or an equivalent in a Life Science field, such as molecular biology or chemistry.

• Certified in Lean Six Sigma.

• Proficient knowledge and experience with JIRA and Confluence.

• Significant experience managing relationships with external stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

• Experience facilitating external client workshops and documenting business needs and outcomes.

• Proven organizational abilities and capacity to manage workload within deadlines, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interviewing, data analysis, and fact-finding competencies.

• Exceptional listening and presentation abilities.

• Authorization to work in either the United States or the United Kingdom.
