This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the school-wide onboarding process and change management, empowering educators and leaders to confidently implement and integrate Atomi.

• Provide dynamic training and professional development, ranging from in-person workshops to webinars, customized to meet each school's requirements.

• Cultivate strong relationships with school leaders, becoming their primary resource for strategy, support, and best practices.

• Leverage data and insights to enhance adoption rates, proactively identify challenges, and ensure sustainable success.

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience and communicate impactful stories.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in secondary education (such as a teacher, head of department, or school leader) or prior experience in SaaS Customer Success Management.

• Background in customer success, account management, or roles focused on stakeholder engagement.

• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions for varied audiences, including senior leadership in schools.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

• Proficient in utilizing data and willing to use tools like HubSpot or equivalent CRMs to achieve results.

• Residing in NSW, with access to a vehicle and the ability to travel as required.

• Possession of a valid Working With Children Check or the ability to secure one.
