This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Guarantees that each student is provided with a tailored learning plan through the faithful implementation of an online instructional program.
• Tasked with cultivating an organizational culture that prioritizes the needs of students and their families.
• Responsible for the recruitment, retention, and development of faculty and staff.
• Fosters and enhances relationships with key external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies.
• Oversees staff as they engage regularly with Learning Coaches and students, ensuring the successful completion of each child's instructional program.
• Manages the overall operations of the school, collaborating with parents, students, support staff, and certified educators.
• Spends a majority of their time collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on academic outcomes, reporting, and supervision.
• Works in close partnership with key centralized service providers.
• Handles a variety of special projects and responsibilities.
• Sets an example in continuing education and professional development.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Valid Oregon Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Valid Oregon Teaching Certification with a minimum of three years of successful teaching experience; virtual teaching experience is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of administrative or management experience is required.
• Experience in charter school management is advantageous.
• Possesses strong leadership skills and a commitment to goal-oriented management and accountability.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Familiarity with Professional Learning Communities.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Adaptable, with the ability to shift between tasks swiftly.
• Proven capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player.
• Proficient in technology, particularly with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Required travel and attendance at in-person events, including State Testing, throughout the school year as designated by the school, which may necessitate overnight travel.
