This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist students in developing communication skills essential for learning, connection, and confidence.
• Provide tailored therapy through online sessions.
• Collaborate with educational staff.
• Support each student's progress in meaningful and quantifiable ways.
• Ensure that students feel heard, understood, and empowered, even in a virtual environment.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from a program accredited by the Council on Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA).
• Valid State License in Speech Language Pathology.
• Over 2 years of experience in an educational setting.

• Collaboration & Communication – Effectively partners with colleagues and fosters a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Adaptability & Problem Solving – Maintains a growth mindset, responds adeptly to challenges, and can independently troubleshoot issues.
• Cultural Competence & Time Management – Demonstrates cultural sensitivity and consistently manages time and responsibilities efficiently.
• Options for Part-time or Full-Time starting at $60 per hour, with a minimum of 15 hours of daytime availability per week.
