Scheduling Coordinator, US Healthcare – After Hours

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Independently manage both inbound and outbound calls during weekends and after-hours coverage.

• Organize and fulfill caregiver shifts to guarantee uninterrupted client coverage.

• Professionally communicate with clients, families, and caregivers about scheduling requirements and modifications.

• Address last-minute absences, coverage gaps, and urgent scheduling adjustments calmly and efficiently.

• De-escalate and address concerns from dissatisfied or anxious clients and families with empathy and professionalism.

• Effectively multitask across various calls, systems, and priorities in a fast-paced environment without becoming overwhelmed.

• Keep precise scheduling records and update internal systems as necessary.

• Appropriately escalate complex or unresolved issues when required.

• Provide outstanding customer service in every interaction.

• Strong multitasking skills across calls, systems, and competing priorities.

• Comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the shift without direct supervision.

• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in navigating MS Office and Outlook.

• Experience in home care, coordination, or scheduling is beneficial but not mandatory.
