This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Collaborate with clients to arrange On-site and Pre-Scheduled Video (VRI) Interpreter appointments to meet their needs and expectations.
β’ Address urgent requests by utilizing Propioβs database of Interpreters to fulfill last-minute client demands.
β’ Monitor and verify schedules and timesheets for the interpreters serving our clients and community.
β’ Work in partnership with other departments within the organization to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
β’ Assist Interpreters by maintaining a positive attitude and developing events and programs to enhance Interpreter engagement and satisfaction.
β’ Ensure that documentation required for Interpreters and Clients is managed securely and confidentially.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
β’ Proven ability to be resourceful, take initiative, stay motivated, and maintain a keen attention to detail.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
β’ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
β’ Capability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
β’ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting to meet deadlines.
