This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Efficiently coordinate and oversee multiple appointment schedules
• Promptly respond to phone inquiries and convert incoming opportunities
• Swiftly follow up on online form submissions and queries
• Consistent follow-up with unconverted leads and previous customers
• Accurately enter client information into a CRM system
• Arrange and verify client appointments
• Engage in activities that encourage phone activity, including making calls and generating leads.
• Must possess a dependable computer
• Stable internet connection required
• Noise-canceling headphones
• Professional tone and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively handle objections
• Proactive listening and retention of information
• Capability to memorize and refine a script
• Above-average understanding of DFW geography and travel times
• Skill in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
• Experience with CRM systems is essential
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
