This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Coordinate the scheduling of swim instructors across various regions in Florida.
• Optimize route planning to minimize travel time between lessons.
• Have a solid understanding of logistics in territories such as Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, and Orlando.
• Make prompt scheduling decisions in real-time.
• Professionally handle inbound calls.
• Communicate with parents via phone, SMS, and email.
• Maintain a consistently high level of customer service.
• Address follow-ups and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Utilize Go High Level (GHL) for scheduling, communication, and payment tracking.
• Manage operations using the internal app.
• Send messages, flyers, and updates to clients.
• 3–4+ years of experience in administration, scheduling, or operations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable managing phone calls with clients in the US.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, especially in real-time scheduling scenarios.
• Highly proficient with technology and a quick learner.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of US geography (especially Florida), experience with Go High Level (GHL), customer service experience (particularly with parents), and a mature, relatable personality.
