Scheduling Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit independent contractors to evaluate customer experiences at local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores.

• Provide necessary support to independent contractors to ensure that customer experience measurement programs are executed with high quality and within specified timelines.

• Utilize social media, AI tools, phone, video calls, and various other communication methods.

• Adhere to strict client deadlines while consistently meeting established goals.
