This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee comprehensive planning and scheduling support for extensive data center construction initiatives.
• Create, sustain, and enhance intricate schedules, milestone tracking, dependency management, resource assumptions, and schedule reporting outputs.
• Utilize critical path method scheduling to evaluate schedule logic, recognize trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigation strategies, and recovery options.
• Collaborate with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to ensure planning outputs align with project execution requirements.
• Manage multiple project schedules concurrently while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
• Prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, modifying the level of detail based on the audience.
• Over 7 years of advanced planning and scheduling expertise using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Experience in supporting design and construction project management for medium to large capital programs.
• Proven background in planning capital projects ranging from $500MM to $2B+, preferably within the data center construction or similar process-intensive sectors.
• Strong understanding of critical path method scheduling, schedule health analysis, and schedule risk identification.
• Capability to analyze EPC plans and schedules, identify trends, and effectively communicate mitigation strategies.
• Proven ability to self-direct, resolve issues, and perform efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent executive communication skills, including the ability to present detailed schedule data in concise, leadership-ready summaries.
