This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
β’ Oversee integrated planning and scheduling for extensive data center construction initiatives.
β’ Create, sustain, and enhance comprehensive schedules, milestone tracking, dependency management, resource assumptions, and reporting outputs.
β’ Utilize critical path method scheduling to evaluate schedule logic, recognize trends, and communicate risks, impacts, mitigations, and recovery strategies.
β’ Collaborate with client teams, project stakeholders, delivery partners, and contractors to ensure planning outputs meet project execution requirements.
β’ Simultaneously manage multiple project schedules while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
β’ Prepare clear schedule updates for project leadership and senior stakeholders, adjusting the level of detail according to the audience.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of advanced planning and scheduling expertise utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
β’ Proven experience in supporting design and construction project management for medium to large capital programs.
β’ Experience in planning capital projects valued between $500MM to $2B+, ideally within data center construction or similar process-intensive sectors.
β’ In-depth understanding of critical path method scheduling, schedule health evaluation, and schedule risk identification.
β’ Proficient in analyzing EPC plans and schedules, identifying trends, and effectively communicating mitigation strategies.
β’ Demonstrated capacity to self-manage, solve problems, and perform efficiently in a dynamic project environment.
β’ Strong executive communication abilities, including the skill to present detailed schedule information in succinct, leadership-ready summaries.
