This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop, oversee, and sustain daily, weekly, and ongoing caregiver schedules
• Pair caregivers with clients based on their skills, certifications, location, and client preferences
• Relay schedule assignments, updates, and modifications to caregivers and clients
• Manage call-outs, last-minute schedule adjustments, and emergency coverage needs
• Ensure schedules adhere to labor laws, overtime regulations, and agency policies
• Collaborate with nursing, HR, and operations teams regarding onboarding new hires
• Update and keep precise scheduling and visit records
• Verify scheduled visits, monitor attendance, and address any missed or late shifts
• Address caregiver and client scheduling inquiries, concerns, or complaints
• Aid in payroll accuracy by confirming hours worked
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with caregivers, clients, and families
• Capability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
• Professional demeanor, empathetic, and composed under pressure
• Dependable, adaptable, and reliable scheduling availability
• Completion of Secondary Basic Education
• Advanced proficiency in English
