This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Schedule and book jobs for the field team considering job specifications, location, staff availability, and expertise.
• Assign tasks to the most qualified team members based on their experience and skill sets.
• Analyze job specifications and evaluate the anticipated duration, required skills, and necessary resources.
• Manage modifications to schedules, including urgent requests, cancellations, rescheduling, and staff availability.
• Keep accurate and current job schedules and records in Uptick.
• Collaborate with internal teams and field personnel to ensure they possess all pertinent job details and instructions.
• Oversee scheduled jobs and detect potential scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Ensure efficient job scheduling to reduce travel time and optimize team utilization.
• Clearly and promptly communicate scheduling updates and modifications.
• Assist the team with general scheduling and coordination tasks as needed.
• Prior experience in job scheduling, workforce coordination, service coordination, or a comparable role, ideally within an Australian or New Zealand business/service context, OR experience in the Australian or New Zealand fire services sector.
• For candidates with fire services experience, a solid understanding of job scopes, average job durations, and the skills needed for various types of work is essential.
• Experience in the Australian or New Zealand industry is mandatory.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and the capacity to maintain precise schedules.
• Capability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and evolving requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using scheduling and job management software.
• Familiarity with Uptick is highly preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Previous experience coordinating field-based or mobile teams is an asset.
