Scheduler, Case Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Coordinate and oversee client schedules, ensuring adequate staffing and coverage for ABA services.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and providers concerning scheduling and service-related inquiries.

• Handle schedule modifications, cancellations, and provider availability while minimizing disruptions to services.

• Monitor and track cases to guarantee timely follow-up and resolution of scheduling or service challenges.

• Keep precise client records and documentation within company systems.

• Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.

• Produce reports and support administrative projects as necessary.

• Employ scheduling and case management systems to enhance operational efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in client-facing case coordination, scheduling, or healthcare operations is essential.

• Professional demeanor complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Preference for a more senior-level candidate with demonstrable experience in managing complex schedules and client relationships.

• Familiarity with CentralReach is highly preferred.

• Working knowledge of CRM systems and case management software is required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

• Experience with Monday.com or comparable project management tools is beneficial.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to prioritize tasks, resolve problems independently, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
