Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Centralized scheduler responsible for accurately scheduling patients across various systems for departments within the health system.

• Verifies patient demographics, prescriptions and/or orders, insurance details, and preparation/instruction information.

• This position involves conducting a mini registration to assess eligibility and requires knowledge of insurance regulations.

• Manages incoming calls for all departments, directing and screening them as necessary.

• Contacts patients and providers as required.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.

• Less than one year of relevant work experience.
