This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and sustain project, program, and construction schedules utilizing Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate project phases and refresh project and program schedules.
• Execute scheduling and other control functions for the management of substantial and multi-package construction projects.
• Conduct critical path analysis and generate variance reports.
• Implement cost and resource loading and produce cash flow reports.
• Recognize project modifications, trends, and potential risks.
• Review and evaluate contractors’ baseline submissions, progress updates, and time impact analyses.
• Compile schedule reports for management review.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or other related fields is necessary.
• Industry certifications (e.g., PSP, PMI-SP) are preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in scheduling/project controls within sectors such as transportation, aviation, or vertical construction projects is required.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, Schedule Analyzer Pro, or Acumen.
