📋 Description

• The SCALE WMS Consultant is tasked with leading the implementation of SCALE WMS.

• Actively engage in the design, configuration, and implementation projects related to SCALE WMS.

• Function as the subject matter expert on Manhattan Associates (MA) SCALE WMS, leveraging extensive knowledge of functional domains such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory management, MHE, and the specific business activity needs of the client.

• Work closely with the client’s team throughout the software design phase to grasp business requirements, challenges, and alterations to existing functionalities.

• Document requirements and create Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents.

• Facilitate and assist in functional and user acceptance testing.

• Diagnose operational and technical issues within SCALE and its integrations.

• Promote operational efficiency through enhancements in people, processes, and technology.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of experience in Manhattan SCALE implementations.

• Strong grasp of Supply Chain Principles with a focus on Warehouse Management.

• Comprehensive knowledge of inbound, inventory, and outbound processes in a warehouse setting.

• Proficiency in PL/SQL and a basic understanding of Cloud technologies.

• Experience with SSRS, MHE, new site rollouts, and automation.

• Solid knowledge of implementing and supporting ERP integration with SCALE.

• Capability to provide frontline support to warehouse personnel from training through daily operations.

• Experience in troubleshooting Manhattan WMS and LMS applications.

• Extensive hands-on experience supporting Manhattan SCALE WMS in high-volume environments across multiple warehouses and facilities.
