This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies of programs and projects.
• Create, sustain, and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource distributions utilizing Azure DevOps and other project management tools.
• Coordinate several concurrent initiatives within designated timelines and budgets.
• Set up, monitor, and report on program and project metrics.
• Facilitate steering committee reviews, status updates, decision-making sessions, and executive reporting.
• Act as Scrum Master for assigned value streams and project teams.
• Develop and uphold delivery plans within Azure DevOps.
• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement Sessions.
• Track progress, eliminate obstacles, advocate for Agile best practices, and promote continuous improvement.
• Implement and manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) processes.
• Identify risks and issues, evaluate impacts, and navigate mitigation strategies to resolution.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and handle escalations.
• Formulate stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
• Encourage collaboration among business teams, IT teams, vendors, contractors, and senior leadership.
• Provide status reports, dashboards, and updates for executives covering project health, risks, budget, resource capacity, and milestones.
• Assist in onboarding and coordinating contractor and consulting resources.
• Enhance resource allocation and capacity planning.
• Ensure teams have the necessary tools, access, and support.
• Promote the adoption of project management and Agile best practices.
• Deliver comprehensive project/program plans, KPI dashboards, financial and budget tracking, resource plans, RAID logs, dependency frameworks, governance documentation, communication/change-management plans, Agile delivery plans, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate the successful attainment of SAP-related transformation and access-segregation program objectives through March 2028.
• Extensive experience in managing complex enterprise programs and projects within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven background as both a Project Manager and Scrum Master.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams spanning business and technology sectors.
• Experience in creating and maintaining integrated project plans and managing dependencies.
• Strong skills in risk, issue, and escalation management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Fluent proficiency in English (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in risk and dependency management, budget and financial oversight, change management, executive reporting and dashboard creation, stakeholder management, as well as resource planning and capacity management.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred: Background in supporting SAP transformation, migration, implementation, or optimization initiatives.
• Preferred: Experience with merger and acquisition (M&A) integration efforts.
• Preferred: Previous experience with Kimberly-Clark or knowledge of Kimberly-Clark processes and systems.
• Preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certifications.
• Preferred: Experience in managing contractor and vendor resources.
• Preferred: Solid understanding of enterprise governance and compliance requirements.
• Functional domain expertise is highly preferred in areas such as Finance, Source-to-Pay, Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, R&D, Quality/Safety/Innovation, Master Data Management, SAP Security, SAP Basis, Information Security, HRIS, Payroll, Legal, Facilities, Controls & Compliance, CSV, GxP-regulated environments, Data Migration, MDG, and Intercompany Processes.
• Contract opportunity lasting 6+ months.
• Remote work option available throughout Latin America.
• Program continuation planned through March 2028.
