This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing scripts utilizing Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create reusable automation modules, libraries, and data-driven testing assets.
• Automate key business workflows and intricate end-to-end testing scenarios in alignment with business requirements.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze outcomes, and troubleshoot failures through root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional teams, and developers to validate integrations between SAP and connected systems.
• Support defect tracking, triage, and lifecycle management.
• Maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and adhere to automation best practices.
• Over 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Software Testing.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in developing automated testing solutions using Tricentis Tosca.
• Proficient in testing SAP applications with expertise in a minimum of one functional area: Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (RTR), or Plan-to-Stock.
• Strong understanding of integration testing methodologies and end-to-end business process validation.
• Experience in designing data-driven and parameterized automation frameworks and testing scenarios.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Tricentis Tosca Automation Specialist Certification is preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, or ERP modernization initiatives is preferred.
• Experience in supporting large-scale enterprise application integration projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and test management tools is preferred.
