This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

• Define the comprehensive test scope, objectives, and methodologies for projects or engagements.

• Create detailed test plans, timelines, and deliverables for all phases of testing (e.g., SIT, UAT, performance, regression).

• Ensure that test environments are prepared and manage test data for various testing phases.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the testing team by assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing consistent feedback and guidance.

• Supervise the design and creation of thorough test scenarios and cases that encompass all functional and non-functional requirements.

• Monitor, document, and manage defects utilizing a bug tracking system.

• Compile and present regular status updates, quality metrics, and test outcomes to project managers, senior management, and clients.

• Identify potential project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and prioritize testing activities based on risk assessment and business impact.

• Experience in at least one complete lifecycle SAP implementation project (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC).

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

• Knowledge of core SAP modules and end-to-end business processes.

• Understanding of the SAP EAM module is a plus.

• Proficient in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Microsoft Azure, JIRA, HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager).
