SAP Support Analyst – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist in the enhancement and support of the SAP landscape

• Manage end-to-end resolution of issues within the SAP system

• Oversee governance related to system modifications and enhancements

• Drive continuous improvement in service and processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in SAP Finance

• Familiarity with SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP

• Provide Transaction & User Support for core SAP functionalities

• Experience in managing Change & Request Support within core SAP functions

• Comprehension of essential business processes and their integration with SAP

• Skilled in cross-functional data flow mapping

• Experience in Third Party Management and engagement

• Prior experience in a helpdesk role

• Proficient with ticketing systems and ITIL methodologies

• Excellent communication abilities
