
SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant (Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver AMS (Application Management and Support) for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module, managing incidents, service requests, and enhancement needs;
• Conduct analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of N2/N3 tickets, including workflows, forms, digital documents, notifications, and integrations;
• Collect requirements from HR and IT stakeholders, recommending solutions and process enhancements;
• Configure and modify Onboarding features, such as programs, tasks, eligibility rules, forms, and integrations with Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM);
• Carry out troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for processes and integrations;
• Assist with SuccessFactors update cycles (1H/2H releases), evaluate impacts, and perform testing;
• Conduct unit, regression, and UAT testing, supporting the transport of configurations across environments;
• Create functional and support documentation, aid key users, and promote solution adoption;
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, coordinate with business areas, and follow SAP best practices.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB), ideally in AMS/support roles;
• Experience in managing tickets and maintaining production environments;
• In-depth knowledge of Onboarding configuration: Programs, Tasks, Forms, Workflows, Emails/Notifications, and Eligibility Rules;
• Capability to analyze and diagnose incidents, identify root causes, and suggest solutions or workarounds;
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors semiannual releases and the impact analysis of new features;
• Background in regression/UAT testing, supporting key users, and managing defects;
• Functional understanding of SuccessFactors integrations (Integration Center, APIs, and connectors);
• Ability to assist in analyzing integration failures;
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM;
• SLA-focused working approach;
• Proficient in creating functional and technical documentation;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Well-organized, capable of managing priorities, and able to collaborate effectively within a team;
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is a plus.
