SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – Talent Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Talent projects.

• Address customer inquiries and manage support tickets.

• Take part in project discovery sessions and status update meetings.

• Provide functional training to users and clients.

• Aid in testing, validation, and system configuration tasks.

• Assist the team in documenting processes and solutions effectively.

• Build functional expertise in Talent Management modules.

• Communicate directly with both national and international clients.

• Participate in training sessions, meetings, customer support activities, and strategic initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to IT, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a similar field.

• Proficient in English, essential for customer interactions and working with pertinent materials.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.

• Capable of working effectively within a team and engaging with customers.

• Familiarity with HR processes is an advantage.

• Interest in technology related to people management is beneficial.

• Previous experience in customer service, support, or training is advantageous.

• Prior knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or HR systems is not mandatory.
