SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – PMGM, Succession & Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Tackle a strategic challenge encompassing performance management, talent development, and succession planning.

• Implement and provide support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.

• Configure Route Maps, Form Templates, Goal Plans, and Development Plans.

• Administer and configure Calibration and 9-Box Matrix processes.

• Collaborate on Succession Org Chart, Lineage Chart, Talent Pools, and Position Management.

• Lead Talent Review processes and incorporate PMGM data.

• Integrate Employee Central with Succession.

• Conduct workshops for requirements-gathering and Blueprint sessions.

• Organize succession and talent processes across various management levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.

• Expertise in Route Maps and Form Templates, including configuration via Admin Center and XML.

• Background in Goal Plans and Development Plans (CDP).

• Familiarity with Calibration processes.

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development.

• Proficient in configuring the 9-Box Matrix.

• Experience with Succession Org Chart and Lineage Chart.

• Knowledge of Talent Pools and Position Management.

• Experience with Talent Review processes and integration with PMGM data.

• Understanding of integrations between Employee Central and Succession.

• Strong grasp of performance assessment methodologies, including 9-Box, 180°/360°, and SMART goals.

• Capable of conducting requirements-gathering and Blueprint workshops.

• Familiarity with Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss concepts.

• Ability to engage with various management levels to design succession and talent processes.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management certification.

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals certification (preferred).

• Knowledge of Continuous Performance Management (CPM) (preferred).

• Familiarity with configuring Career Paths and Mentoring (preferred).
