SAP Solution Architect – Order to Cash

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily SAP ECC support in SD, CS, and TM, encompassing configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.

• Assist in the enhancement and management of order processing, pricing, delivery creation, picking/packing, shipping execution, and billing operations.

• Facilitate and improve integrations with Salesforce and other external order-submission and logistics execution platforms (EDI, portals, APIs).

• Guarantee proper integration with downstream billing and financial postings in SAP ECC.

• Strengthen and enhance CS processes, including service notifications, repair and refurbishment workflows, warranty, and service contracts.

• Advance transportation execution, covering shipment creation and freight cost management.

• Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams to identify operational challenges.

• Clearly document processes and functional designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience with SAP, possessing in-depth knowledge of SAP ECC SD/CS/TM.

• Strong comprehension of Contracts/Order processing, Pricing conditions and outputs, Delivery processing, and shipment execution.

• Experience with customer returns, warranty repairs, refurbishment, and service notifications.

• Knowledge of transportation planning and TMS/3PL integrations.

• Background in supporting customer service and logistics teams in everyday operations.

• Ability to communicate clearly without jargon, providing straightforward explanations for business teams.

• Inquisitive mindset, proficient troubleshooting skills, and a proactive attitude.

• Must have hands-on experience with ECC configuration across SD, CS, and TM.

• Capable of analyzing pricing, delivery, service, and shipping breakdowns while recommending standard SAP-based solutions.

• Must be authorized to work in the US.
