This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will define and assume responsibility for comprehensive HR IT architectures — from formulating the target architecture to executing it within intricate SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.
• During presales and proposal phases, you will serve as a collaborative partner for decision-makers and devise feasible, sustainable solution strategies.
• You will make architectural decisions, set boundaries for project teams, and ensure that solutions are scalable, integrable, and sustainable.
• You will design hybrid system landscapes (On-Prem & Cloud), manage integration scenarios (e.g., SAP BTP, CPI, APIs), and support HR transformations from start to finish.
• Part of your role will include identifying new opportunities and strategically nurturing existing client relationships; you will actively leverage your expertise to enhance our business growth.
• You will be responsible for managing proposal processes, crafting architectural concepts for tenders, and providing accurate effort estimates.
• Several years of experience (typically over 5 years) in consulting within the SAP SuccessFactors or HCM domain, along with a solid grasp of HR processes and their representation in complex system landscapes.
• A background or strong interest in sales-related topics, particularly in presales and proposal processes.
• A confident and composed demeanor at the decision-maker level, paired with the ability to convey complex business and technical information clearly, structured, and tailored to the audience.
• Initial to substantial experience in presales, proposal, or acquisition processes, ideally within the scope of consulting or transformation projects.
• A robust understanding of end-to-end processes, integrations, and interdependencies in HR-IT landscapes, along with the ability to derive viable solution approaches from them.
