SAP Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analysis and design of SAP-based HR solutions

• Consulting and supporting departments in the implementation of SAP HR modules

• Development and execution of architectural concepts and strategies

• Ensuring the integration of SAP HR solutions into the existing IT landscape

• Conducting training sessions and workshops for users and key users

• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize HR processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A comprehensive passion for the SAP ecosystem and a strong commitment to the needs of your clients

• A successfully completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience as a Solution Architect in the HR field, ideally within the SAP ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM)

• In-depth knowledge of SAP system architecture, integrations, as well as customizing and developments in SAP HR

• Experience in implementing IT projects in the HR sector, including requirements analysis, process design, and implementation

• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate departmental requirements into technical solutions

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style along with a high degree of teamwork and commitment

• Proficient in German and English
