SAP SF Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the complete delivery of modules, facilitating client workshops, guiding solution architecture decisions, nurturing junior talent, and guaranteeing project quality along with timely delivery.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SF implementations from project initiation to go-live and ongoing support.

• Conduct module-specific workshops to ensure alignment between business requirements and system capabilities.

• Create integration processes across modules and customize workflows accordingly.

• Offer expert advice on configuration strategies and system optimization techniques.

• Act as the primary consultant for senior stakeholders within the client organization.

• Effectively manage milestone approvals and handle escalations.

• Assign and oversee the workstreams of junior consultants.

• Mentor team members and assist them in their HRIS certification pursuits. Hold regular one-on-one meetings and provide structured, actionable feedback.

• Lead the comprehensive validation and troubleshooting of integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

• Over 10 years of experience in HRTech consulting.

• Expertise across multiple modules with demonstrated pre-sales and solution ownership experience.

• Exceptional executive communication and strategic thinking skills.

• Proven success in developing talent and building practice capabilities.

• Required certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification.
