This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
⢠Oversee the functional design and implementation tasks for SAP Service Management.
⢠Collect business requirements and establish solution roadmaps.
⢠Configure and assist with SAP Service Management processes and their integrations.
⢠Facilitate workshops, testing, deployment, and provide end-user support.
⢠Work in partnership with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
⢠Lead and guide functional team members throughout project execution.
⢠At least 8 years of experience in SAP Service Management.
⢠Extensive experience in: Service Order Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Field Service Management, Resource Scheduling, Service Parts Management, and related SAP Service technologies.
⢠A minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP Service Management implementations with direct configuration experience.
⢠Proven experience in leading functional workstreams and managing teams of over 10 resources.
⢠Experience in defining functional designs and creating business process roadmaps.
⢠Prior experience supporting clients in the Products/Consumer Goods industry.
⢠Previous experience in an Advisory or Consulting capacity.
⢠Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
