This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Provide daily SAP Security assistance across ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Public Cloud environments.
• Execute user provisioning, role assignments, and access modifications in accordance with customer processes, supporting both position-based and direct role security.
• Diagnose and resolve authorization issues, including analyzing SU53, STAUTHTRACE, and similar tools.
• Manage and update SAP roles and authorizations using PFCG and SU24, including remediation and clean-up activities for roles.
• Offer risk-compliant recommendations to guarantee secure and compliant access across customer environments.
• Conduct SAP license optimization activities, including evaluating user access and role assignments to conform with licensing models (e.g., FUE, Star Report).
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Fiori security, including catalog, space/page, and role assignments, as well as resolving Fiori access and authorization issues.
• Address BAU/AMS tickets, incidents, and service requests within established SLAs.
• Execute user access reviews and access risk analysis, supporting remediation efforts (SAP GRC Access Control / IAG where applicable).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve security-related challenges aligned with business processes.
• Participate in minor enhancements, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure clear and concise documentation for support activities and processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in an SAP Security role within an AMS/BAU support environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Security across ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP Public Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and role design.
• In-depth understanding of Fiori security concepts and configuration.
• Familiarity with access risk and compliance requirements (e.g., GRC / IAG, audits, access reviews).
• Experience or familiarity with SAP license optimization (e.g., FUE, STAR Report, USMM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to document technical and process information clearly.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills in a BAU/AMS context.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while effectively engaging with customers and stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control; SAP IAG experience is desirable.
