This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Creation, modification, blocking, and unblocking of SAP users.

• Assignment of roles and preparation of test users for projects.

• Support in the creation and maintenance of simple, composite, and derived roles across various SAP systems.

• Investigation and resolution of user authorization issues.

• Collaboration on reports regarding risk analysis, segregation of duties (SoD), and internal/external audits.

• Monitoring and management of SAP GRC tools.

• Assistance with Fiori, creation of Tiles and roles, and error tracking.

• Proficiency in Charm and Solman.

⛳️ Requirements

• Conversational English.

• Ability to engage in discussions with people in the US and other sectors outside of Mexico.

• ADVANCED ENGLISH.

• Experience or knowledge in SAP user management, creation, and maintenance of roles and authorizations in BW, ECC, CRM, Portal, PO, HCM, and HANA DB.

• Experience or knowledge in troubleshooting authorization issues.

• Knowledge of auditing, risk analysis, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance.

• Familiarity or experience with SAP GRC.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori, including the creation of Tiles and roles.

• Proficiency in Charm and Solman.
