SAP Quality Assurance Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and implement comprehensive test scripts, cases, and scenarios to guarantee optimal system performance in accordance with specifications.

• Execute a variety of testing methodologies, including system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of software.

• Assess test outcomes to pinpoint and address defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability challenges, ensuring the software adheres to quality standards.

• Review and analyze the documentation and technical specifications of new applications to comprehend their intended functionality and identify potential concerns.

• Generate detailed reports and documentation for all testing activities, including results, actions, data logging, and tracking, to maintain precise records and enhance communication.

• Consistently update project stakeholders on test progress, results, and other pertinent information, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

• Organize, distribute, and manage comprehensive end-user reviews for both modified and new systems or applications, collecting feedback to improve software quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory.

• 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a demonstrated history of conducting various testing types, identifying defects, and ensuring software quality.

• Practical experience with testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies, along with a solid grasp of software development processes.

• SAP S/4 HANA experience is essential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in testing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Financial (FI) Modules is required.

• Highly proficient in SAP Data Analytics Cloud (SAC).

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

• Knowledge of the JIRA Tool is preferred.
