SAP QM Functional Consultant, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organizing and leading workshops with business stakeholders to identify and analyze Quality Management requirements.

• Converting business needs into SAP QM configuration and functional solutions.

• Conducting in-depth analysis of quality processes and recommending efficient SAP solutions.

• Setting up and testing SAP QM functionalities based on business requirements.

• Assisting with integration efforts between SAP QM and other SAP modules, such as PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.

• Updating and maintaining project documentation, which includes process flows, functional specifications, configuration documents, and testing records.

• Developing Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and providing support to technical teams during development processes.

• Aiding in the preparation of master data, migration tasks, and validation of quality-related data.

• Engaging in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and providing support during go-live phases.

• Working collaboratively with global and local teams to ensure effective project execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in SAP QM, preferably with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) configuration and support.

• Solid understanding of quality management processes, including:

• Quality Planning

• Inspection Planning

• Incoming Inspection

• In-Process Inspection

• Final Inspection

• Quality Notifications

• Non-Conformance Management

• Quality Certificates

• Audit Management

• Vendor Quality Management

• Experience in integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.

• Proven track record in supporting testing activities, defect resolution, and business process validation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written).

• Excellent communication skills in English.
