SAP Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the comprehensive delivery of SAP projects utilizing SAP Activate, encompassing planning, design, construction, testing, deployment, and transition to operational phases.

• Manage the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules, ensuring alignment with client HR and business needs.

• Supervise delivery efforts across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, integrations, and inter-module workstreams.

• Facilitate project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communication.

• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to ensure clarity of scope, alignment of resources, and achievement of quality results.

• Oversee project financials, schedules, dependencies, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.

• Support design workshops, validate requirements, and implement Fit-to-Standard processes.

• Lead cutover planning, readiness evaluations, and the transition of post-go-live support.

• Contribute to excellence in delivery across SAP and RISE-based transformation initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager executing medium to large-scale SAP programs.

• Significant hands-on experience in project delivery with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable).

• Familiarity with S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or a wider range of SAP modules.

• Experience with RISE with SAP is highly valued.

• In-depth knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.

• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery settings.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation.

• Capability to work across various SAP workstreams beyond SuccessFactors as needed.
