This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Delivering consultancy for application support through expert advice, guidance, and relevant technical activities.
• Overseeing ticket management after receiving functional analysis and providing coaching on the technical implementation of IT applications.
• Creating documentation (both technical and functional) regarding the issues addressed.
• Prioritizing personal daily tasks and assigned tickets to ensure deadlines are met.
• Regularly updating the AMS Cluster Lead on status and progress.
• Maintaining effective internal and external communication channels at the appropriate levels.
• Communicating the status, resolution, and root cause of assigned issues.
• Understanding the general workflows in HR and the SAP HR architecture.
• Designing and delivering high-quality solutions through system configuration that align with overall business requirements.
• Configuring HCM modules of HR: Payroll (evaluations & schemas).
• Serving as the HR Services lead for SAP Payroll Management development, defect identification, and resolution.
• Analyzing payroll/time schemas to ascertain root causes and solutions for pay and time discrepancies.
• Resolving complex defects related to Overtime, social security calculations, legal reporting, allowances, sickness, taxes, postings, payslips, and other specific BE payroll configurations.
• Participating in SAP HR projects as a key member of a cross-functional team to aid the delivery of HR Services.
• Ensuring the integrity of time and attendance data.
• Must possess hands-on experience with BE Payroll, including schemas, PCRs, wage type creation, and basic pay configuration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving HCM & Payroll issues for both internal and external customers while maintaining timely and accurate ticket logging.
• Generating maintainable, bug-free code and customizations in alignment with Strada best practices for HRSP Implementation.
• Conducting necessary system tests using provided or self-generated test data.
• Supporting required workshops according to methodology, ensuring all decisions are accurately documented in relevant workbooks.
• Undertaking configuration as per the agreed design and direction from the ECC or ECP Lead Consultant.
• Defining and documenting the overall configuration of the SuccessFactors module(s), balancing business, technical, and functional requirements and constraints, while ensuring compatibility with different solution components.
• At the project's conclusion, ensuring a successful transition to maintenance teams, whether Strada or others.
• Assisting project resources in defining solutions when challenges arise during delivery to guarantee timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• Organizing and facilitating data mapping with clients and implementation teams (Strada or Third Party Providers).
• Ensuring the client meets their responsibilities regarding data management, particularly in data cleansing and transformation.
• Familiarizing oneself with data security procedures and requirements of both Strada and the client, ensuring compliance throughout the process.
• Supporting technical resources in defining integration requirements.
• Aiding in the delivery of integration solution workshops to clients and completing the necessary documentation.
• Executing agreed Strada Testing and ensuring all identified issues are resolved before customer testing.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, systems, and legislation in Belgium.
• Experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting SAP Payroll systems (SAP HCM or ECP).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to establish rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail and adeptness in managing multiple tasks.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Enthusiasm for implementing and enhancing payroll systems.
• Knowledge and experience in payroll systems (SuccessFactors ECP is an advantage).
• Experience in systems implementation is beneficial.
• Desire to become a subject-matter expert in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.
