
SAP Payroll Implementation Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Partner with clients to identify all payroll needs and guide them through workshops, configuration processes, and system setups.
• Validate and set up customer payroll solutions and integrations in accordance with legal standards.
• Provide assistance and support in data mapping, migration, year-to-date preparation, and accuracy verification.
• Manage all phases of system testing (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and resolve configuration/integration issues with both local and global teams.
• Supervise go-live activities to ensure the payroll system is fully prepared.
• Monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and collaborate with project managers and teams to guarantee timely achievement of milestones.
• Demonstrated experience in 3 or more successful SAP HCM implementations.
• Comprehensive understanding of French payroll regulations.
• Proficient in French (minimum C1 level) and English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
