SAP OTC Functional Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze and define country-specific and global business requirements

• Perform Fit/Gap analysis and deliver technical evaluations

• Design both standard and customized SAP solutions within the OTC domain

• Prepare effort estimates and supervise the solution delivery process to the business

• Develop and assess Functional Specifications for essential LDC developments

• Create and evaluate OQ/PQ testing scripts and specifications

• Collaborate with deployment teams to guarantee successful system readiness

• Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Customer Master Data team from the Commercial/OTC perspective

• Coordinate relevant project teams to ensure a seamless transition of solutions

• Assist with cutover activities and facilitate data migration

• Contribute to the deliverables throughout each phase of the project

• Offer hypercare support post-deployment

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of functional experience in SAP OTC

• Extensive experience in S/4HANA transformations and implementations

• In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and Commercial business needs

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions

• Practical experience with Fit/Gap analysis and functional solution design

• Proficient in preparing and reviewing Functional Specifications

• Skilled in OQ/PQ testing, including the preparation, execution, and review of test scripts

• Experience in supporting data migration and cutover processes within SAP projects

• Capable of acting as a functional SPOC between Commercial/OTC stakeholders and Customer Master Data teams

• Experienced in coordinating with deployment and technical teams to ensure solution readiness

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication

• Able to work collaboratively across country and global teams

• Comfortable in a hands-on, delivery-oriented environment from requirements through implementation and hypercare

• Experience in providing post-go-live / hypercare support

• Fluent in English and adept at working in international, cross-functional teams

• Willing to travel occasionally for business purposes

• Candidates must present a criminal record extract not older than three months
