SAP MM Consultant – Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis, gather requirements, create specifications, configure, and test the SAP MM module.

• Manage requests associated with Brazil’s Tax Reform and Brazil Localization.

• Assist in the implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support/AMS projects.

• Evaluate and propose functional solutions for procurement and materials management workflows.

• Engage in processes related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, inventory management, material movements, inventory counts, and supplier evaluation and management.

• Implement enhancements and rectify issues within MM processes.

• Collect requirements from various business areas.

• Participate in and, when appropriate, lead workshops and meetings with clients and key stakeholders.

• Develop functional documentation, including Blueprints, functional specifications, and accompanying technical documentation.

• Assist developers in analyzing integrations, interfaces, and customizations pertinent to SAP MM.

• Take part in the preparation and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Provide support to the technical team and key users throughout the user acceptance testing phase.

• Investigate incidents and determine solutions to functional challenges.

• Evaluate the impacts of changes on interconnected SAP processes.

• Ensure that solutions adhere to SAP best practices and the standards and policies established by the client.

• Aid in the documentation of implemented solutions and any modifications made.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a mid-level SAP MM Consultant.

• Familiarity with Materials Management processes.

• Understanding of procurement, supply, and materials management workflows.

• Strong knowledge of core MM processes.

• Practical experience with Brazil’s Tax Reform in SAP.

• Awareness of Brazil Localization.

• Capability to analyze the effects of tax changes on procurement and goods receipt workflows.

• Insight into tax processes relevant to the MM module.

• Experience with implementation, rollout, and/or AMS projects.

• Proficient in gathering and analyzing requirements.

• Background in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Ability to prepare functional documentation and assist with technical documentation.
