SAP Inhouse Consultant HCM – Focus on Payroll, Time Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead the design, execution, and enhancement of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors processes, emphasizing payroll and time management.

• Continuously support and refine existing solutions, including payroll, time management, integrations, and Fiori applications.

• Deliver high-quality 2nd-level support in accordance with ITIL standards.

• Depending on your experience, take the lead on workstreams or (sub-)projects and manage both internal and external stakeholders.

• Broaden your knowledge in SAP Fiori and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) by actively participating in ongoing projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable educational background/qualification.

• Several years of pertinent experience in SAP HCM consulting, especially in payroll and time management.

• Strong expertise in SAP HCM on-premise; familiarity with SAP Fiori and, ideally, SuccessFactors.

• Experience in handling interfaces (IDocs, CPI) is an advantage.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills in an international setting.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of German or Spanish is a plus.
