SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Seeking an SAP HCM consultant with a focus on Compensation & Payroll to engage in strategic projects.

• Involvement in the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP HCM (Compensation & Payroll) initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to gather requirements.

• Design functional solutions that meet business needs and comply with local regulations.

• Configure, test, and document processes related to payroll and compensation.

• Assist in Go-Live activities, stabilization, and ongoing improvement efforts.

• Work in partnership with technical teams (ABAP/Basis) and key users.

• Create user manuals and provide training to end-users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Mid-level experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, specializing in Payroll and Compensation.

• Proven experience in configuring payroll and benefits within SAP.

• Background in SAP HR/HCM projects, including implementation, rollout, or enhancements.

• Familiarity with Mexican payroll implementation processes.

• Strong capability in conducting requirements gathering and integrated testing.

• Proficiency in intermediate or advanced Spanish for effective client communication.

• Willingness to work as a contractor (PJ) and remotely.

• Previous experience with projects throughout Latin America.

• Knowledge of integrations with SAP SuccessFactors or other HCM modules.

• Experience with eSocial or labor legislation from other countries.

• Background in SAP consultancies or multicultural projects.
