This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Provide expert advice and assistance throughout the implementation phase, ensuring that technical activities conform to best practices and meet client needs.
• Tailor SAP Payroll solutions to align with customer specifications while adhering to Strada standards, and perform system testing to confirm functionality and compliance with requirements.
• Efficiently manage priorities to achieve set deadlines.
• Maintain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders, and offer support to other project team members when necessary.
• Monitor project advancement and documentation, collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure timely achievement of milestones.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to facilitate successful solution delivery within established project timelines.
• Assist with go-live activities to confirm the payroll system is ready for operation.
• Practical experience with the SAP HCM application.
• 2-3 successful HCM support or implementation projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll configurations for European countries, specifically Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands, with a proven history of delivering high-quality HR system implementations and configurations.
• Strong client orientation, accountability for outcomes, and a clear dedication to the success of the team and project, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in English; German language skills are a significant advantage. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative approach are essential.
