This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Offer support and consultancy for SAP HCM Payroll, emphasizing Polish payroll and Time Management.
• Assist in the configuration, customization, and enhancement of SAP HCM Payroll solutions to meet business and legal needs.
• Provide AMS services, which include incident management, change requests, and system optimization.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Polish labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
• Participate in payroll testing, year-end processes, and legal updates.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, IT, and international AMS teams.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
• Practical experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, in an AMS or other outsourcing support model (post go-live).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management specific to Poland.
• Strong understanding of Polish payroll legislation, including ZUS, PIT, and statutory reporting.
• Basic familiarity with integration into other SAP HCM modules (e.g., PA, OM) is a plus.
• Fluent Polish (native or near-native level) is essential.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Capable of analyzing SAP HCM issues and suggesting practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team.
