SAP HCM Consultant – Italian Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Accountable for establishing the technical and functional vision of the solution.

• Guarantees the successful execution of implementations and enhancement projects.

• Engages throughout all phases of the project, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, payroll configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support.

• Serves as a key resource for SAP HCM Payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SAP HCM Italian Payroll (PY).

• Practical expertise with schemas and PCRs.

• Comprehensive understanding of payroll integration (TM, FI).

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in both English and Italian.
