SAP HCM Consultant, AMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

• Oversee incidents, service requests, and change requests in accordance with SLAs

• Assess issues, determine root causes, and execute long-term solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (FI/CO, MM, SuccessFactors)

• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and smaller rollout initiatives

• Document solutions and enhance the knowledge base

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of SAP HCM experience in AMS/support

• Proficiency in at least two HCM components (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

• Understanding of integration topics (FI/CO, SuccessFactors) is a plus

• Fluency in German is a significant advantage

• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset

• Familiarity with S/4HANA HCM or SuccessFactors is beneficial
