SAP Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that the Scrum framework is comprehended, implemented, and advocated throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the mapping process and suggest enhancements for the Scrum implementation within development teams.

• Collaborate in analyzing and documenting the client's business requirements, offering business solutions that effectively address them.

• Assist the Product Owner in organizing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events take place and that their objectives are met.

• Support the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Aid the team in self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and interpersonal dynamics.

• Analyze the company's business workflows to identify the optimal approach for implementing and maintaining SAP.

• Configure the system in accordance with established requirements and needs.

• Provide support and train users on the proper use of the system.

• Conduct functional testing to verify correct operation.

• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the system.

• Map business needs through consultations, analyses, and focused observations.

• Evaluate the current IT infrastructure and propose enhancements.

• Identify and resolve issues that may impact software performance.

• Work on the functional and business layers of Business Intelligence/Analytics solutions within the SAP ecosystem.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or any higher education degree complemented by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology totaling at least 360 hours.

• Completion of an SAP Academy course (or equivalent) in the relevant module.

• Preferred: 3 years of experience with major SAP solution products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Experience with major SAP solution products/modules in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).

• Experience in SAP Financials, Controlling, Logistics, HR, and Sales modules to define the data model.

• Strong understanding of logistics, human resources (people management), finance, and the relevant operational domain.

• Professional expertise in the main SAP solution products/modules implemented in Logistics – FI, FI-TV, FI-AP, AA, BP, MM, MLP, RE, PS, PM, SRM, PPM, CLM, FM, CO, NFe, eSocial, and SAP Portal.

• Professional expertise in the main SAP solution products/modules implemented in Human Capital Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruiting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).
