• The Enterprise Application Functional Analyst is tasked with evaluating, designing, implementing, and supporting Sales and Distribution (Order-to-Cash) solutions across SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
• Oversee the life cycle of small to medium enhancements and handle production support issues.
• Must possess a comprehensive understanding of the business concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Collaborate with designated subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain a thorough understanding of SAP and Salesforce processes while providing ongoing training.
• Generate and keep essential documentation up to date, including design and functional specifications.
• Create test cases and support the team during the testing phase.
• Assist with significant initiatives, such as the implementation of new technologies and the application of enhancement and support packs.
• Should demonstrate proactivity and a willingness to learn.
• Offer thought leadership in adopting new trends within their area of expertise.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Production, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of hands-on configuration experience in the SD module.
• Completion of 2 full life cycle implementations focused on SD.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting or implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (this experience may overlap with SAP experience).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in the design, delivery, and support of the SAP SD module.
• Practical experience in configuring and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, including: Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Quote processes.
• A working understanding of the integration between Salesforce and SAP S/4, including master data synchronization and transactional data flow.
• Successfully delivered solutions that meet the required sales and distribution functionality.
• Extensive experience with Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, and Transportation.
• Familiarity with EDI Orders, ASNs, and other SD/EDI-related messages.
• In-depth knowledge of integration points across SAP modules such as MM, QM, TM, WM, and FI/CO.
• Experience collaborating with ABAP developers to troubleshoot programs.
• Experience with S4 and/or professional certification is preferred.
