SAP Functional Analyst, FICO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Accountable for addressing intricate issues; designing, configuring, testing, and implementing solutions for SAP FI, CO, and FSCM.

• Evaluates business requirements, documents them, and converts needs into functional, non-functional, and/or technical specifications.

• Conducts analysis to assess the downstream impacts on business, systems, processes, and/or organizational structures.

• Examines the processes to be executed, specifies system requirements based on capabilities, and configures SAP accordingly.

• Maintains a robust level of functional expertise in standard SAP FI and CO configurations while staying updated on SAP trends and future developments.

• Works collaboratively with the development team to deliver scalable business process solutions aimed at resolving complex issues.

• Plans and supervises testing processes and activities, including the identification and resolution of defects.

• Develops or assists in creating work plans, timelines, project task items, and helps estimate resource needs for analysts, developers, business users, and consultants.

• Guides business partners on the implications of applying standard or new SAP solutions to address specific challenges.

• Recognizes risks and issues, seeking approval on complicated matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of configuration experience in CO, FI, and FSCM.

• Familiarity with OpenText is considered a plus.

• Experience in Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis, with knowledge of Margin Analysis being an added advantage.

• Proficiency in FICO integration across all operations and manufacturing modules.

• Experience with SAP partner applications such as Blackline, HighRadius, Esker, etc., is beneficial.

• Completion of 2 or more full life cycle implementations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or a related field is preferred.

• SAP Certification in FICO for Suite on HANA and/or S4 is highly sought after.
