This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Receive training in any SAP module through personalized one-on-one live sessions.

• Subsequently, become part of our project process.

• Prepare for certification examinations in your chosen domain.

• Demonstrate effective communication skills within a team environment.

• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and document functional design specifications.

• Configure and integrate the respective modules according to the established blueprint.

• Create test strategies and document the outcomes of testing procedures.

• Diagnose and resolve issues across cross-functional areas.

• Develop a support model and oversee support ticket management.

• Provide assistance and resolve help desk inquiries.

• Self-motivated and diligent in work ethic.
