SAP FICO Support Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Deliver continuous SAP Finance application support as part of AMS / Aftercare services.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests within established service levels.

• Conduct functional analysis, configuration, testing, and documentation for SAP Finance solutions.

• Assist Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and other related financial activities.

• Evaluate recurring issues and propose enhancements to improve system performance and business results.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their requirements and convert business needs into suitable SAP solutions.

• Draft functional specifications and coordinate with technical consultants when development or integration support is necessary.

• Execute testing, resolve defects, and assist customers in validating changes.

• Keep precise records of incidents, problems, and changes while ensuring prompt communication with clients.

• Partner with DyFlex functional, technical, and service delivery teams.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout Aftercare services.

• Report to AMS practice leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP Finance Functional Consultant, preferably in an AMS, application support, or managed services setting.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP Finance processes and configuration.

• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC Finance environments.

• Practical experience in troubleshooting Finance incidents and devising effective solutions.

• Solid understanding of the integration between Finance and other SAP functional domains.

• Experience managing incident, problem, change, and service request processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong customer service focus and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and distributed consulting teams.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while maintaining robust collaboration and communication.

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification and prior consulting experience are highly valued.
